Few astronomical legends have captured the imagination of so many for so long like the mystery that surrounds the Star of Bethlehem. The subject of countless books and articles, it has been debated among scholars and historians for centuries. Did this star of wonder really exist? And if so, what could it have been? Astronomers have come up with ideas of their own, over the years. I am doing a series of interviews for CBC Radio One coast to coast across Canada this afternoon on the topic.
